Conference registration includes admission to conference, copy of proceedings, one copy of the CD, continental breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, and the conference banquet. The workshop fees include continental breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and a copy of the workshop proceedings.

The student fee includes admission to all the events of the symposium and a copy of the proceedings. To receive student rate, the student should present the advisor name and the email address at the time of registration.

  • To save on postage, receipts will be given out at the conference.
  • Written requests for refunds must be postmarked no later than Nov. 15, 2000. Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. All no-show registrations will be billed in full. Registrations after 11/15/00 will be accepted on-site only.
