We have arranged a block of rooms at the Hilton in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® Resort for November 25 through December 3, 2000. These rooms have been blocked to give you a special conference rate of $140.00 + 11% tax single or double per day. Reservations: In order to receive the group rate, it is imperative that individuals indicate the following group: IEEE Computer Society RTSS. Reservations made by phone directly to the Reservation Department must be guaranteed with a one night’s deposit within fourteen (14) days of verbal confirmation. The deposit will not be refunded if the reservation is canceled less than seventy –two hours prior to arrival. To guarantee a reservation, a guest must either (1) send a check or money order covering the first night’s room rate plus applicable sales tax, or (2) send a signed letter or card number authorizing the Hotel to charge the room deposit and applicable sales tax to the guest’s major credit card, or (3) give the guest’s major credit card by phone.
CUT-OFF Date for guaranteed guestroom reservations in NOVEMBER 3, 2000, 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Please make your reservations EARLY in order to guarantee a room. Reservations received after NOVEMBER 3, 2000 will be accepted by the Hotel on a SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS at the conference rates.
Cancellation: Individuals must cancel no less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled arrival in order to have their one night’s deposit refunded.

Airport Transportation: Mears Transportation Motor Shuttle is the designated ground carrier at Orlando International Airport. The shuttle may be picked up curbside as you exit baggage claim. Ask for the "Hilton Express" shuttle. One-way is $14.00 for adults and $10.00 for children (ages 4-11). Round-trip tickets are available for $25.00 for adults and $17.00 for children. Return shuttles to the airport may be picked up from the front entrance of the hotel. We recommend a pick up 90 minutes prior to departure time. Reservations should be made (24 hours in advance) with the Guest Services Desk/Concierge.
